24bit Sigma-Delta ADC
Sigma-Delta ADC utilizes oversampling and noise-shaping techniques to achieve very high resolution, such as 24 bits. Atom Semiconductor provides 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC chips with a wide range of sampling speed from 16kSPS to 200kSPS. Atom’s Sigma-Delta ADC chips have low noise, and very low power consumption. These products can be widely applied in various types of sensors.
High-precision SAR ADC
SAR ADC can run at a much faster conversion rate than Sigma-Delta ADCs. With skilled analog design technique, Atom Semiconductor can provide SAR ADC designs with the very high precision of 16bits. Atom’s 16bit SAR ADC can provide up to 10MSPS conversion rate with low power consumption. These products can be widely applied in industrial applications with instruments.
High-speed GSPS ADC
Atom Semiconductor has the technology of GSPS ADCs with resolution up to 14 bits. Our GSPS ADC products have very low power consumption. They can be applied in a range of high-end electronic systems.
