Analog IC Design Engineer
Job responsibilities:
- According to the system specifications, independently build the analog component model, transistor-level circuit design, simulation, and verification.
- Complete the layout design independently.
- Cooperate with test engineers to complete the testing of analog circuits.
- Participate in the preparation of technical documents for analog circuits.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering with IC design focus.
- Have the analysis and design experience for one or multiple analog circuit modules as follows: Operational amplifier, switched capacitor circuit, reference voltage circuit, on-chip power supply, PLL clock circuit, ADC, DAC, ESD circuit, I/O PAD circuit.
- Familiar with using various tools under Cadence.
- Familiar with the structure, technique, and principles of CMOS analog circuits and familiar with the design process of analog circuits.

Digital Design & Verification Engineer
Job responsibilities:
- Perform logic design, develop RTL codes and complete design verification for modules based onsystem specifications.
- Complete logic synthesis and timing analysis. Perform post-synthesis verification.
- Perform system-level studies on processor architecture performance.
- Perform system-level studies on digital systems.
- Perform system-level verifications for digital systems.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in the area of EE, CPEG, or CS.
- Good GPA record.
- Familiar with relevant courses, including computer organization, digital signal processing.
- Good at Verilog programming, C programming, and C++ object-oriented programming.
- Design experience with ARM related modules, such as I2C, UART, GPIO, Single-wired port,memory interface etc. is a plus.

Application Engineer
Job responsibilities:
Atom is seeking application engineers to support our R&D team's ADC product testing and characterization. The application engineer will support assigned IC products through the full product life cycle from proof of concept, and early evaluation, to product release and customer support.
- Design and build evaluation boards for mixed-signal chips, and automation of bench test setup.
- Conduct precision measurements and collect data for datasheets and characterization.
- Work closely with design engineers, marketing, and customers throughout the product evaluation and release.
- Provide technical support to key customers and field application engineers.
- Hands-on designing, programming, testing, and debugging evaluation boards and test setups.
- Generate datasheets and application notes to assist customers with designs.
Job requirements:
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Good understanding of analog and digital system design.
- Hands-on design experience of analog circuit boards.
- Basic knowledge and experience in interface technologies such as RS-485, CAN, serial interfaces such as SPI and I2C, and mixed-signal technology such as ADC/DAC.
- PCB design experience with schematic capture and layout to board fabrication and bring up.
- Lab testing experience using common test equipment (Oscilloscope, DMM, Signal Generators, Source Meter, etc.).
- Communicate effectively, both internally and externally, via verbal and written communication.

Smart Sensing Algorithm Engineer
Job responsibilities:
- Research and development of algorithms and signal processing for smart sensing, including but not limited to motion, gesture, or vital sign detection.
- Together with our R&D team, complete algorithm design and simulation verification for next generation healthcare solutions.
- Conduct market research on novel technologies and applications in digital sensors according to product requirements; complete product prototype verification and feasibility analysis.
- Write up design and algorithm analysis reports.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and other related majors.
- Candidates specializing in communications are preferred; Candidates proficient in noise modelling and filter design are preferred.
- Deep understanding in 1. Communication principle of digital architecture interfaces; 2. Sensors; 3. Common digital interfaces in the market.
- Ability to do research on algorithms; Excellent programming capabilities.
